Dosage/How to use:
WHEN: 4 tablespoons (which is about 60 g) per day is recommended. Preferably 2 tablespoons (30 g) in the morning to provide adequate energy required for daily activities, 2 tablespoons (30 g) at night. HOW: Add 2 tablespoons (30 g) into 1/3 of water (50 mL) and stir evenly, continue adding another 2/3 of hot water (100-150 mL) and mix well. To enhance flavor, (1) tablespoon (20g) of Oat King can be mixed with fruit juices, milk, honey, sauces, gravies, soups, or salad dressings; sprinkled on cereal, cottage cheese, or yogurt. For those who are having Diabetes, you are advised to abstain from adding honey.
