Ingredients : 

Purified water, sea salt, Xylitol

Dosage/How to use : 

1. Tilt head to right side
2. Direct the nozzle into the right nostril
3. Aim slightly back and out towards the top of the right ear
4. Lightly press nozzle for 1-2 seconds
5. Avoid tilting the head backwards as the solution may enter your throat causing discomfort, but not harm.
6. Tilt head to left side and repeat steps in the left nostril
7. Spray 2-3 times a day or as directed by your doctor or specialist

- Keep out of reach of children.
- Do not expose to temperatues exceeding 50°C
