VICKS VapoRub

- Contains medicated vapors that enter the nose and mouth. The powerful long-lasting vapors start working in minutes to soothe breathing.

- Can temporarily relieve minor aches and pains of muscles and joints too.

Ingredients:

- Active ingredients: camphor, eucalyptus oil, and menthol.

- The inactive ingredients: Cedarleaf oil, nutmeg oil, petrolatum, thymol and turpentine oil.

Dosage/How to use:

To soothe breathing:

- Rub a thick layer of Vicks VapoRub on your chest and throat. Cover with a warm, dry cloth, if desired. Keep clothing loose about your throat and chest to help the vapors to reach the nose and mouth.

- Add 2 teaspoonfuls of Vicks VapoRub in a bowl of hot (not boiling) water and inhale the vapours to clear blocked nose and ease breathing difficulties.

For muscle and joint aches and pains:

- Apply onto the affected area not more than 3 to 4 times daily.

- Children 6 years old and below.

- Allergic to the ingredients listed.

- Pregnancy and lactation.

- Do not add into hot water or microwave Vicks VapoRub as it may cause splattering and results in burns.
